Tetra Tech sells Damp Rid.
Fairchild Publications,  Inc.

Tetra Technologies Inc. has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Damp Rid Inc., for roughly $19.3 million in cash to an undisclosed buyer. The pact provides for a long-term agreement in which Tetra will supply calcium chloride to Damp Rid.
