Job Description
Associates are key members of our transaction teams. Associates lead the writing and development of confidential memoranda and management presentations, participate in due diligence sessions, perform financial analysis and valuations, identify and contact potential buyers or acquisition targets, participate in new business meetings and contribute to analyst development and the general growth of the firm. We encourage our professionals to take on increasing levels of responsibility commensurate with their skills. As their skills develop, associates may achieve primary responsibility for deal execution, initiating new client relationships and expanding the business franchise within the consumer products industry. We train our associates to become not only great investment bankers but leaders.
Qualifications
Outstanding academic record and analytical mind
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge
Prior work involving financial analysis
Highly motivated team player with an unwavering commitment to excellence
Capability and willingness to work long hours and meet project deadlines
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
